Really sad news. What a player he was. When he arrived I'd never seen anyone hit a gap with such speed and timing as him and probably not since. He was instrumental in winning the SL in 1997 shame we couldn't give him a cup winners medal too that year, he scored a super try at the old Wembley.
RIP Bird.

Gutted to hear about the passing of The Bird. Danny was one of the main reasons my family and I began supporting The Bulls at the start of superleague. His skill, pace, and guile were just fantastic to watch, and a more powerful running support player you couldn't find anywhere. then or now. A sad day.
