No way one of the biggest up and coming stars in World RL is going to Saints unless they're planning on donning a salary sombrero, T-Rex isn't gonna leave just as the cap expands.
I'd target Knights (Bennett building his own team), Titans (financial problems) and Storm (just so many off contract) players but I imagine there'll be slim pickings come next season unless our own salary cap is raised considerably.
Ballin and Russell Packer woulld be good.
