Grix would be a pretty underwhelming appointment and one that wouldn't really capture the imagination with those fans who we need to lure back to the MKM. We would need to see a strong remainder of the season and a significant change in playing style to instil any confidence/trust in the supporters.

What i will say about Grix is that is clear that in his 2/3 weeks in charge he has at least appeared to get some degree of improvement out of the squad, and appears to be well thought of/respected by the playing group. Having him appointed instantly means we can begin on recruiting for 2025 now rather than the mess around of a coach doing it whilst at their current club.
