still seem to be having a problem bringing a new 7 in,either short term on loan or long term,clifford announced he would be leaving us last summer and despite hulls we have it all in hand statement,all these months later we still havenet replaced him.

I was hoping for a Brad Schneider loan type signing. I would have thought we would have a decent chunk of the cap left to secure one.

Probably hard to sign a long term 7 at the moment without a head coach in place. I wouldn't have thought many Aus 7s would want to move right around the world without knowing which coach they're going to be working under.

On Luke Keary , I think it's partly down to concussion injuries .

One worry is that eve though we have money to spend and cap space, many deals for the better players becoming available will already have been done, particularly British players

Myler will have to be doing some of the recruitment given how close we are to the May 1st deadline, can't have a squad made up of the dregs again next year because we waited too long to appoint a head coach. a poor season again next year will be a season too far for a lot of fans

That could be why Myler has stated a few times that it’s about deciding the style of rugby the club want to play and then getting in the people that compliment that?
