Good to see a ref that doesn't bottle a red card for a high shot.

Not as bad as Westwood's the other week.. that merited a yellow. To be fair Amor actually hit the ball first and his arm slipped up when the Wigan player was dipping.
Going to see a lot of red's if the referees are consistent.

Yes, I felt that red had a lot more to do with Westwood than with Amor.

Definitely high. Couldn't have argued with a yellow. Red seems harsh, and we'll see similar height tackles, at lower speed, go unremarked during the rest of the game.

When is the disciplinary hearing? Is there one before Monday's games?

Interesting the talk at HT about the VR possibly being used for these incidents of late. I don't believe they have been used but they have in the past, Joel Moon got sent off vs Saints in 2014 after the on field ref asked the VR to view a challenge.

In these kind of incidents,It should be used.

Does Amor get an automatic ban or can he play Monday?

If it's automatic does it get back dated?

Think Saints have a bit of a point feeling hard done by with that red card - definitely think it is a response to not using the red in the last couple of weeks. A yellow would have been fair, but I can't see any further action at disciplinary.
